You and QuinStreet hereby submit to the exclusive forum, jurisdiction and venue of the state courts located in San Mateo County, California and/or the United States District Court for the Northern District of California for any claim related to, arising from or in connection with this Agreement and/or your use of the Website.

    (11) Statute of Limitations.

    You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Website or the Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
